WIN: a family ticket for The London Dungeon

BrightonMums.com have a thrilltastic prize for one lucky reader, a family ticket worth over £60 to the London Dungeon.

We need not be reminded that Christmas is fast approaching, so if you fancy a spot of shopping in the big smoke but want to keep the kids amused, there’s plenty of family things to do in London after you’ve nabbed all the items off your gift lists. The London Dungeon offers a grim, exciting and educational experience rolled into one, which no doubt your kids will love London attractions include a visit to Mrs Lovett’s pie shop in 1785 where you’ll find the demon barber of Fleet Street, Sweeney Todd, 1888 the chilling murderer Jack the Ripper is roaming the streets and Bloody Queen Mary’s reign of terror in Tudor times.

Brighton’s rail connections are excellent for getting to the city centre quick and The London Dungeon is situated in Tooley Street behind London Bridge station. If you book your rail tickets in advance you could get significant savings or buy a First Capital Connect Saver from your Brighton & Hove Buses driver on the first trip of the day and it will include your return fare to London and a one-day bus saver for Brighton & Hove area. Great value for families.

If you’ve followed this blog, then you’ll know I’m a huge fan of Southwark and South Bank area. By getting the train to London Bridge you are in walking distance from some ace shopping quarters, excellent restaurants, museums and attractions. All this without buying a travel card or having to negotiate the tube, which isn’t always pleasant in the weekends leading up to Christmas.

The London Dungeon isn’t advised for young children and those under the age of 15 must be supervised.

To enter the competition draw to win the tickets please leave details below and we’ll contact you if you have won. Closing & draw date 30th November, 2011 winners will be picked at random. Prize is a family ticket, 2 adults, 2 children for The London Dungeon but is valid at the Edinburgh, York and Blackpool Dungeon attractions also and valid till 31st March, 2012.

THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED.
