Rebecca Nicholas is a 31 year old, brightonian chiropractor. She loves doing natural and healthy things from walking outside, to hot yoga, to drinking herbal tea. She lives in withdean and has been running Back 2 Balance chiropractic clinic for 7 years.

Tell us about your kids?

My husband and I would love to have children in the next year, however, running a business and being the main earner, its not so easy!

Tell us about your partner/ family/ support network?

I bought the business from my mother in 2007 and she opened the clinic up in the late 1980′s. my father is my landlord, so family is pretty important to me!

Are you Brighton born and bred?

I came down to brighton from Oxford at the age of 1, so I guess I am pretty much born and bred here - infact, we used to live in the house where the clinic is in now

Tell us about your favourite place in Brighton & Hove city?

I love going down to the promenade and watch the sea crash onto the shore. I love our sunrises too over the gardens as I look out of my top floor flat in Withdean.

What’s your favourite Brighton memory?

Watching the electrical storms over Preston Park as a child.

What do you love doing in your spare time?

I love to go t hot yoga, reading/learning more about health and walking.

My business is back 2 balance, we are a health clinic specialising in chiropractic care for all ages. The first set up in the 1980′s we have gone from strength to strength, and are well regarded within the local community. We aim for a family orientated service and strive for excellence in customer service. We love the feedback we get from our clients- we won the ‘most loved’ chiropractic clinic in the uk for this. Back 2 Balance want to help you feel supported and looked after, and to give you the confidence to get back on track with your body’s performance. our aim is to provide a top class professional service, including the fabulous victorian decor, with competitive prices, and to always go over and beyond clients expectations.

Rebecca specialises in helping the pregnant woman with pelvic problems, and Meriel specialises in sport injury care.
