This month, uFlourish will be running their popular Pregnancy and Family Fair in Brighton. We’ve teamed up with them to feature some of the amazing local businesses taking part.
Who? Magnus & Mouse
What’s it all about? Theyprovide beautifully designed, 100% organic cotton sheets and blankets with Scandi-inspired prints, created specifically for newborns and the toddler years. The range branches out from the ‘pink for girls,’ ‘blue for boys’ mould, with designs that parents can use beyond their first child, ideal for boys or girls and in a range of fun colours.

Their top 3 tips for parents:
- Having a new baby can be expensive, but we think it’s worth investing in good quality, organic products where you can. Things like cot sheets, which your baby will be in close contact with, and will be used time and time again, are worth investing in. Our gender-neutral designs will mean you can even pass them down to your next child if you’d like.
- Designing your babies’ nursery is a really exciting and enjoyable task. If you don’t know what gender you’re expecting (or even if you do) we think it’s worth keeping the overall scheme pretty neutral (think greys or creams) and adding splashes of colour with items such as pillows, art prints and, of course, bedding.
- As Mum’s ourselves we know what a busy and tiring time having a new baby can be. Remember to take some time for yourself, even if it’s only 30 minutes for a quick massage, pedicure or even walk along the seafront. You’ll return feeling refreshed and we’re sure you’ll appreciate a little time to unwind.
