Review: Planting with a Potty Competition
When Becothings sent us a potty to review I did wonder how much I could say, especially as we’ve only just started to think about toilet training.
Other than the usual uses for a potty I was really surprised when reading the packaging. The potty itself is quite robust, not feeling flimsy at all and has that hint of recycled paper look about it.But following on from potty training it can be used as a planter in the garden and naturally degrades. Fab idea for the environment and for feeding your flowers.
Personally I think we’ll use this as a nice end to potty training. It will be great to plant a flower as a goodbye to changing nappies and also to my baby who will pass another stage of growing up.
The lovely people at Becothings have offered you a chance to win one of their potties worth £7.99. Just comment below with how you would use the potty after use and for an additional entry follow Becothings on Twitter and add an extra comment below.
Competition ends 7th August 2011 at midnight. Our winner will be announced on 8th August and will be picked using a random generator.
I would use our potty to make a herb garden which my 3 granddaughers could tend. Thanks for the competition.

Congratulations Angela M/@daisyangel1 you;ve won our becopotty! Please email brightonmums@gmail.com with your colour preference and address
We would use it to grow a giant sunflower in
I would definitely get my little girl to plant a strawberry plant in it!
I have the perfect spot in my new garden in the house we have just bought for a potty to house my herb garden. It would be wonderful for my 7 year old to help with the cooking by picking fresh herbs….after training her little sister to use the potty. How fabulous to have 1 potty with 2 uses. I love it and would love to win one. Thanks….
Oh, I’m following @Becothings too - @superluckydi
I love this idea so much! I would plant it with lovely bright marigolds. I’m off to add this lovely competition to my blog competition linky, we need to spread the word about these potties!
