RESTFEST Women’s Wellness Festival Retreat is a unique immersive one day experience designed to relax, inspire and empower busy women.
What’s it all about?
RESTFEST mixes together a festival vibe of freedom and abundance together with the nourishing relaxing properties of a retreat. It’s wrapped together with an invitation to rediscover hidden elements of yourself and permission to press pause for the day.
It’s a perfect opportunity for busy women to escape and explore four intention paths of Inspiration, Empowerment, Rest and Joy through our colour coded time-table of 26 practical workshops, creative explorations and motivational talks throughout the day.
For ladies looking for indulgence to leave totally carefree and blissful, there is also an option to include spa-style treatments and all-inclusive style veggie / vegan brunch and lunch banquets.
Where and when?
The event is run from a stunningly serene venue of gorgeous Barn, Pavillion, Manor House and formal gardens - with chill out areas in bell tents and unique shopping experience in the boho Being-Well marketplace. All being staged in Sunny Worthing at Field Place which is 3 mins walk from Durrington-on-Sea railway station - but there’s also free parking if you go by car.

RESTFEST has been carefully curated to take women on a self-care journey so they leave feeling fully rested and over-spilling with joy! It’s a wellness day like no other!
