This month, uFlourish will be running their popular Pregnancy and Family Fair in Brighton. We’ve teamed up with them to feature some of the amazing local businesses taking part.
Who? Family Grapevine, Katherine Daniel
What’s it all about? The Family Grapevine is a fantastic FREE family directory, packed full of useful information for families with children of all ages from bump to teens! They publish three times a year in March, July and November and update our listings each time around.
Why you should go and see her/them at the uFlourish fair? Grab a copy of the magazine from their stand plus swing by to enter a fab competition - you’ll have to drop by the stand to find out more!
Their/ her top 3 tips for expectant or new parents:
- Do your very best but don’t try to be a perfect parent – they don’t exist
- Don’t forget about your partner – try to build in some partner time without your baby
- Get out in the fresh air and walk. Babies usually stop crying and you’ll feel better too!
