WIN! A ticket to Hormone Rebalance Workshop

WIN! A place at this fabulous new workshop which includes nutritional support and a pilates session. The event is Saturday 23rd June, 3.30 pm - 6 pm at St. George’s Church Hall in Hove.

Regular readers will know that BrightonMum.com does not endorse any diet clubs or ‘weight loss’ programmes. However, we are fortunate in Brighton to be surrounded by therapists looking at the mindset and emotional drivers being health and well-being.

What attracted me to this event, was the examination of the part hormones plays with our physical and emotional well-being. The session includes a 1-hour hormone rebalance talk by Nutrition Expert Josie Wareing, Q&A’s and a 45 minute Pilates mat class by local instructor Joanne Gray. So participants will come away enlightened and physically refreshed!

We’re thrilled to have a free place to give away worth £25. Simply visit our Instagram post, comment and tag a friend who would love this event and you’ll both be entered.

TAKE CONTROL TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH & WELL-BEING

Suffering from mood swings you can’t control?
Feeling bloated or have recurring indigestion?
Low on energy and feeling exhausted & have perhaps lost your sex drive?
Getting by with a dependency on coffee, carbs and chocolate to keep you going?
All sound too familiar? The combination of these issues can often lead us to feel overwhelmed, disempowered and alone. Although we are quick to blame our ‘hormones’, the impact of hormonal health and our ability to improve it ourselves are hugely underestimated.
Want to get your mojo back? Then come along to our workshop which aims to empower you with a basic understanding of the impact of lifestyle and dietary choices on hormone health, and to give you some tips and tools to restore some balance.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR WORKSHOP:
The session includes a 1-hour hormone rebalance talk by Nutrition Expert Josie Wareing, Q&A’s and a 45 minute Pilates mat class by local instructor Joanne Gray
This hormone rebalance seminar will explore the link between hormones and the liver, gut, stress and weight loss. At the same time, you will learn how hormone balance impacts the menopause and years preceding it, and also the relevance to female hormone cancers. You will learn foods to balance hormone health and things to avoid. You will also have the opportunity to join a programme to restore gut health and improve hormone function.
We’ve also got FREE goody bags (worth over £10) for you to take home with a collection of lovely samples!! And we’ll be serving & sampling a range of healthy snacks & drinks, including peanut protein smoothies, homemade kefir water, kombucha, cherry active, tea from Bluebird Tea Co. along with a range of gluten/dairy/ sugar-free snacks!

Here’s what some of the lovely ladies who came to our workshop in Windsor had to say:
“Thanks for such a great presentation, I’m feeling really positive and inspired about making some changes to my diet. You’ve also inspired me to start reading more about hormones and diet, and how it affects me and the whole family. Thanks again for a great event, and the goodie bag was fab!” Emma

“Fantastic workshop, first one I’ve ever been to and would definitely go again. It was very interesting and definitely provides food for thought. Although parts of the presentation were quite scientific and in-depth, Josie was able to put across to the group in simple form.” Wendy
