Feeling the #JuiceLove

1

It’s not a secret on the BrightonMums.com that I am big fan of my Sage Nutri Juicer. Starting with a juice reboot regime (one I find a bit difficult today) juice is now a part of my weekly routine. I stick to the 80/20 principle of veg/fruit which gives me a quick boost of vitamins and minerals without excessive levels of sugar - everything a busy mum needs to stay focused. Like many juicers, Joe Cross was a huge influence on me, his film Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead charting his journey from relying on medication to maintaining his condition through healthy eating (drinking).

I’m a juicer too! I will check out that hashtag for sure. The main thing I have found is not to put carrots into green juices because then it all goes a horrible sludgy colour. I like beetroot, orange and carrot juices because they tend to be a lovely bright pink, plus they taste great (even though I don’t even like beetroot).
