EVENT: Cracking The Family Nutrition Challenge

2024-05-05 13.14.52-2Getting family meals right is really tricky. Achieving a healthy balance but also making them consistently appealing takes a lot of trial and error. It can feel disheartening and cruel when kids reject your best efforts. Even to the most accomplished cook. Every now and then parents need inspiration. That is why we are hosting a free talk in Brighton on family nutrition in May.

BrightonMums.com have teamed up with the inspirational people at Phyto Fit to bring you a free talk on nutrition. You’ll get to sample their powerful Matcha tea plus some delicious snacks containing the powder AND get to take away a 5 day trial pack of the fruit and veg powders. Jimmy from Phyto Fit is a nutritionist and personal trainer, so you’ll get the chance to ask about your particular family health dilemmas.

Recently we wrote about our experience with Phyto Fit, freeze-dried organic powders, they retain 76% of the nutrients - I snuck them into cereal, pizza and stir fry - the kids didn’t bat an eyelid. I knew they were getting 1 of their five a day.

BrightonMums.com are pretty selective about the companies we work with. We expect their products and services to be good quality, ethical and offer real value for parents. We are happy to say Phyto Fit ticks all those boxes.
