Day 9 - The Healthy Snack

- to grab/pack as you go out the door (knowing you may not get anything decent or healthy while you’re out)
- as an energy boost before or after a workout
- while breast feeding and needing something sweet but not unhealthy!

I made them for a gluten intolerant pal the other day and they are super quick and easy. - I did them while Tilly was asleep and we were chatting in the kitchen. I actually forgot to put the jam in before putting them in the oven but it worked fine to add it afterwards while still hot :)
