Day 5 - Drink Switch

No doubt there’s a flurry of festive social activity in your calendar at the moment, which means the inevitable alcohol drink for most of us. To cut back on the calories, why not switch your usual tipple for something lighter. Add some soda to your white wine, alternative red wine with a glass of water, switch to vodka and a diet mixer. The ultimate way to keep control of your alcohol consumption is to volunteer to be the nominated driver of course!
