If, like me, you’ve turned to porridge as your warming winter breakfast, try jazzing it up with some lovely spices! Add a little mixed spice for a combination of tasty flavours all in one jar. I like to add some extra ginger and cinnamon to mine, for more of a kick. Stir in some almond milk to make it nice and creamy and increase the protein content. Once served, try topping it with some seeds or nut butter, and dollop in a spoonful of coconut oil for good healthy fats. Tuck in and enjoy!
