Day 17 - Lunges For A Latté

Lunges are great fat burning exercises which tone the thigh and bottom area. Plus you can easily do these at home, no equipment is needed. If you do this workout twice, you’ll offset enough calories for a skinny spiced chai latté. Delicious!
