Day 14 - Lift PT’s Sunday Calm

0

Amongst all that goes on in December it’s important to spend some time alone, to stop and just breath. — What with present shopping, cooking plans, travel plans perhaps and more it’s easy to end up with a crowded mind and little space to sit and ‘be’. I urge you to take 5 minutes today — if not right now — to sit, close your eyes and listen to your breath.

As you breath in, feel your lungs inflate and your ribcage expand. As you exhale let your breath release slowly and let out a sigh if that comes naturally. Continue doing this for a long as you can and notice tension melt away, your shoulders drop and your mind relax.
