Day 1 - Kick Start Your Christmas Season

Start your Fit and Fab advent with a 20 - 30 minute power walk. Try and work in some of those Brighton hills. If you’ve got stacks on the To Do List, work it in while running errands. It will get the blood pumping, the endorphins released and a positive start to the festive season.
