Is it that time of year where you are starting to think holiday?

The pennies pinch on the lead up to christmas and so cheap and cheerful is probably on your list? After a long summer off with the kids and summer breaks being super expensive what are your options?

You could risk the wet weather and go camping like Lu. Just make sure that you have an awesome tent that is good in all weathers.

Or maybe a cosy romantic weekend is more your thing? Have you spotted Claire’s blog about the Rolling Downs? Perfect for a few days away and not too far away if you need to be in a easy distance to home in case of emergencies.

Or what about a bit further away. Butlins have a great range of family or spa options. Does mum deserve a pampering?

Are you a city break lover? Then why not take the train to London. With same day returns from £12 you could get in a show and get the last train home. Or if you want to take in all of London’s family days out then last minute have some great deals.

My personal must check out though is Soul Camp. Ever fancies hosting your own mini festival or just glamp it up? Well this may well be the coolest place I have seen!
