Ante-natal
As a Pregnancy yoga teacher and HypnoBirthing practitioner, I have a deep belief that yoga aids in opening and relaxing a woman’s mind and body for the experience of birth. I enjoy working to empower others to connect with their body’s intuition. The classes offer a chance to spend time with other mums to be while gently developing strength (through asanas or postures), releasing aches and also incorporating breathing techniques (Pranayama) and Meditation, so useful in pregnancy, birth and beyond. There is also a deep relaxation at the end of class.
I also teach Vinyasa Flow yoga which many women enjoy after giving birth.
I am mainly based in Lewes, Brighton and London. However I'm happy to teach further afield and abroad.
