Mel Campbel shares how she loves to play catch in her underwear and why she adores Brighton…

Lives – Hassocks, West Sussex

Age – 42years

Kids – 3 gorgeous giggly girls Esmé (12yrs) Phoebe (11yrs) and Evi (3 years)

Partner – Hubby Matt Campbell

Brighton born  & bred – Matt and I are both originally from Northampton our journey of life took us here to Brighton. We have just returned to Hassocks after living 6 years in Thailand. It feels good to be back!

What’s the best thing about being a parent in the city – I love all the creative energy of this wonderful vibrant city.

Occupation – I am a Yoga Teacher and Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
I am also happy to say I am an author – my first book ‘The Yoga of Pregnancy’ is due for release later this year.

What are your interests – Writing, Yoga, walking, laughing, travelling and being with my family.

What’s your favourite Brighton memory (with or without child) -  Playing catch in the sea in my undies on a cold drizzy day.

Favourite place in Brighton and vicinity – I love the views and the air at Ditchling Beacon.
