Free training for bloggers & community reporters

SCIP are offering residents of Brighton new FREE  training courses in June.

Run by Caroline, a former national newspaper journalist, they will give a introduction to some of the basic skills needed to be a community reporter. We’ll be covering events such as basic interviewing skills, where to find stories and video reporting.

Great for anyone wanting to report for their local newsletter or website. No experience needed other than basic computer skills, enthusiasm and interest in what’s happening in your community.  Everyone welcome.
