Are you sick of dieting? Are you exhausted with feeling you “should” exercise? Are you fed up of criticising what you see in the mirror? We were too. We’ve been there. And body positivity is helping us feel differently.
Our workshop explores how we can move towards acceptance of our bodies, not by losing weight or being a slave to how society says we should look, but by eating more mindfully, moving for pleasure and being kinder to ourselves.
Principles and practical tips, nibbles and hot drinks.
