Day 24 – Christmas Eve Calorie Relieve

Relieve yourself of a few calories by sneaking in a workout today. Even 10 minutes of high intensity training can burn calories, get the heart rate pumping and more importantly the endorphins flowing, releasing positive energy and focus for the day ahead.

This 10 minute tabata workout needs no equipment, just find some space and someone to keep an eye on the kids. There really is no excuse for such a short but effective workout!
