Advent Day 6 – #WIN 3 Circuit Classes With Circuits For Mums

On Day 6 of our Festive and Fab Advent Calendar we have 3 free classes of Circuits For Mums at Westows in Hove for one lucky winner, plus three individual classes for the runners up.

One of the biggest challenges parents face after having children is squeezing in an exercise routine around their children. Working out at home is an option but if you need more motivation and inspiration on the right training methods for you, it’s often better to go to a class.

Circuits For Mums has been put together to provide an all over body workout, burn calories, lose body fat and tone up. The best thing is you can take the little ones with you! No more begging for childcare or working out complicated swaps with friends who you’d rather be working out with anyway. You could go together, get fit and have fun. Find out more about the class structure and timings on their website.

Plus Dani from CFM’s has a little #FestiveAndFab exercise tip for the run-up to Christmas,

If cardio workouts are your sole focus you might want to rethink your regime! By grabbing some heavy dumbbells  and performing some squats and dead lifts you will build lean muscle mass and really rev up your metabolism. Mix up your workout to keep surprising your body and you will see much quicker results!

Circuits For Mums are giving away a top prize of three classes for one winner, plus three individual classes for 3 runners up.

To enter, choose any one or more of the options in the Gleam form below.
